Renata Lapajne is a performer, a former member of the Bakalina Velika group, plays the accordion and collects narrative traditions. The background of the mythical tradition in the park will be explained by its conceptual designer, Dr Katja Hrobat Virloget. This will be followed by storytelling in the Rodič dialect, with which we will be enchanted by the Rodič women: the author of the book on Rodič stories Jasna Majda Peršolja and Aljana Resinovič, the park manager Valerija Pučko and others. The event will take place at one of the mythical stops, at the Rodič Šembilja Pod lisičino. The Mythical Park is one of the most successful projects, as it is a model of cooperation between the profession and the locals. Its success also lies in preserving the heritage of live storytelling, which will not be “frozen” in audio-visual records.
After the event, participants will be invited to a modest banquet at the tourist farm Pri Friščevih.

We meet on Friday 29. 9. at 16. 30 in front of the Info-centre in Myth Park. Wear suitable footwear and clothing for a 15-minute walk and experience in nature (the evenings are cool in Rodik), and a “mosquito suit” is recommended.
