From 12 to 15 May 2023, the International Conference on Heritage Interpretation, organized by Interpret Europe, was once again held in Sighișoara, Romania. The conference brings together experts in the field of heritage interpretation from across Europe and offers lectures, workshops, presentations and study visits. Participants will explore how value-based interpretation can pave the ground for all heritage sites to become inclusive, participatory and reflective learning landscapes.
The UNESCO Chair in Interpretation and Education for the Promotion of Integrated Approaches to Heritage is the patron of this meeting. Prof. Dr. Irena Lazar, as the chairholder and Dean of UP FHŠ, was invited speaker at the conference and Assist. Prof. Dr. Zrinka Mileusnić had a lecture in the regular session.
