Candidates for enrolment in doctoral study programmes at the UP (first year, second year (according to the Criteria for transferring between study programmes and conditions for accelerated advancement) or parallel studies) are required to apply by submitting an electronic application via the eVŠ web portal at:

using a qualified digital certificate, AAI-account (qualified digital certificate or AAI-account) or a username and password for the SI- PASS system, which is provided by the Trust Service Authority of Slovenia.
