Student Council

PRESENTATION

The Student Council of the Faculty is a body consisting exclusively of students and representing students in relation to the management of the faculty and university. At meetings, council members discuss matters relating to the rights and duties of students, discuss and give opinions to the competent authorities on the acts of the faculty, on the basis of a student survey, give opinions on the pedagogical work of higher education teachers, etc. Students also have representatives in individual bodies of the faculty.

Any student enrolled in any study programme of UP FHŠ can become a member of the council. Students who would like to become representatives of an individual programme can apply to the call for elections to the Student Council of UP FHŠ, which are usually held at the beginning of each academic year. The term of office of representatives on the council is one year, until the new council is constituted.
