The Colloquium is organized under the auspices of the Slovenian National Commission for UNESCO. The colloquium, which we hosted two years ago at the Faculty of Humanities, University of Primorska, will this year focus on the theme ‘Significance and Ethical Conservation for the Sustainable Use and Management of Egyptian Heritage in Slovenia’.

Through guest lectures and round-table discussions, we will address the management of Egyptian heritage in Slovenia, the care, management and presentation of private collections of Egyptian heritage, and the Conservation, Adaptive Reuse and Management of Oriental Built Heritage in Slovenia.
