The University of Primorska’s Department of Anthropology and Cultural Studies is proud to host the international conference “Ethnography of silence(s)”. The conference is gathering prominent academics and researchers from around the globe, including a distinguished Māori scholar Professor Tracey McIntosh from The University of Auckland (New Zealand). Along with three keynotes and five panels, the conference will feature a screening of the documentary The Shadows of Silence / Sence tišin, which is part of the research project “Re4Healing: Crossborder Remembrance, Reconnection, Restoring and Resilience” (project leader: Prof. Katja Hrobat Virloget).
